52 weeks of Happy (1 of 52)

As usual, a little late to the party!  I have sooo enjoyed looking at everyone's  happy, I decided I would start now.  My happy this week:

 

 

 

 

 

• blowing bubbles with the babies
• dappled sunlight that looks like stars
• the red and green of the trees against the blue of the sky with more stars
• baby toes on top of crocheted blankets
• Little boys who like to pretend they are birds

 

 

4th of July Bunting!

Since I am into making bunting right now, I decided to make this for the 4th of July:

I Love Lucy!

My first post!  How exciting!  At least for me! Lucy has sent the call out for bunting and what better way to begin my new blog than by helping out the one person who is most responsible for my love of crocheting?

Of course, I have my Yarndale bag!  My husband thought I was crazy for ordering it!  I was soooo excited when it came in. Super lightweight and just the right size for carrying around!

 

Just went to the Flickr site  -  WOW!!  Such talented people out there!   Can't wait to see what the finished bunting looks like!
